Chapel of Saint Georgios of Vasilopotamos

A stone-built, single-aisled chapel with a projecting semicircular apse, and a steep-pitched timber roof covered with tiles. The chapel has two entrances, on the west and south sides, protected by single-pitched canopies. The windows are decorated with simple frames made of limestone, except from those of the conch of the apse. The doorframes are also simple. On the north wall of the chapel is depicted saint Georgios with scenes of his martyrdom. Inside the church there is a contemporary wood-carved iconostasis and 20th-century icons. The bell is attached to a simple metallic structure, in the vicinity of the chapel. It celebrates on April 23.
