Chapel of Saint Georgios Kefalas

Feast day: November 3

The chapel is dedicated to saint Georgios nicknamed “Kefalas”, since it is believed that he could cure migraines. The church is a 19th-century building and it was rebuilt in the 20th century. It is single-aisled, with a five-sided apse and is covered by a double-pitched roof with tiles. Its unique door is on the west side and the two windows on the south. The chapel has a simple wooden iconostasis and contemporary icons. It celebrates on November 3.
