Chapel of Timios Prodromos (Saint John the Forerunner)
Feast day: June 24 and August 29
A small, stone-built, single-aisled chapel with a five-sided apse and a double-pitched roof with tiles. Its walls are strengthened by external buttresses that extend to the entire height of the walls. It has a door on the west side and windows on the north and south. The chapel has a simple wooden iconostasis and contemporary icons. Adjacent to the chapel are the ruins of an older church, probably a building of the Byzantine period. It celebrates on June 24 and August 29.
